A Bit of Everything
I studied game design and engineering, then wandered into human-computer interaction and business strategy at Carnegie Mellon — basically collecting every lens I could find for looking at a problem. Design taught me empathy, business taught me tradeoffs, and somewhere in the middle I figured out how to actually ship the thing.
Ten-ish Years, Mostly Health
I've been a UX designer, a product manager, and founder. The last five years pulled me deep into health and wellness, including building a women's health startup from scratch, equal parts science, care, and stubborn attention to detail. Now I’m building virtual vet care at Chewy, and tinkering on the side with hDrop Technology, which makes sweat-analysis biosensors.
And Lately, a Lot of AI
Most of my recent projects center on AI tooling for veterinary workflows - and the bigger questions that come with it: how the product development cycle changes when you're shipping something probabilistic, and how to build the evaluation and guardrails that make it trustworthy.
